Sorry to be so direct, but our last FEC fundraising deadline before the election is coming up quickly.

This is the most important deadline of the campaign, because at the end of this month we’re legally required to report how much we’ve raised. Everyone — the media, our allies, our opponents — will be watching.

And what we report will influence their spending in the final weeks of the election. We can’t show any weakness and risk a barrage of attack ads so close to the start of voting.

So, we need a big fundraising day today to stay on track to hit our contribution goals and make sure Mark has the resources to win.

As of this morning, we have a long way to go, but we’re confident that with your support we can get where we need to be before the end of the month.
