Dear Friend,

You will always remember where you were at this moment -- the moment he was impeached.

You will know that it is, at least in part, due to your hard work. The despair you turned into anger, the anger you turned into action, the solitary actions that built marches, the mass marches that created community, and the community that turned out to vote. That’s how we won the House in 2018. That’s how we were able to impeach him. That’s how we will win in 2020.

Let this be a reminder to us all: we have the power. In some ways it’s so incredibly simple. If we all move together, we can move the world.

Let this win for justice fill our lungs with strength. Let it fill our souls with hope. Let it give us the energy for what comes next.

We are coming for 2020. And we are ready.
