21 years ago today, America faced the worst single-day tragedy of our lifetimes.
The most deadly terrorist attack ever carried out on American soil killed 2,977 of our mothers, fathers, sisters, brothers, husbands, wives, daughters, and sons. Their memory is eternal, as is our pledge - we will never forget, and we will never allow the horror of that day to happen again.
On this day of national remembrance, I hope you’ll hold your loved ones close and join me in prayer for the families and friends of those who were killed in the attacks.
