The Biden Administration is planning to spend $3.6 million dollars to place vending machines filled with drug supplies in rural Kentucky, as part of an effort to reduce “stigma” for drug users. This news follows earlier reports that the Biden Administration has distributed “safe smoking kits” to drug users as part of a Department of Health and Human Services grant program.
