Noticeably absent from President Biden’s plan to “cancel” student loan debt is any plausible legal authority to implement such a policy.

My colleagues and I sent a letter to Speaker Pelosi asking her to stand up to President Biden’s blatant Big Government overreach, but I want to know your thoughts. Should Nancy Pelosi stand up for the rule of law?
