Democracy dies in darkness, and the American public deserves the full truth: the attack on the Capitol was sedition, an attempted coup to overturn the 2020 presidential election.
The January 6 Committee hearings are starting up again this month and, this time, they’re following the money. New information presented to the committee over the summer will expose the dark money that funded the horrific attack on the Capitol.
But people need to see it. We’re demanding that major broadcast television networks like CBS, NBC, and ABC air the full January 6 Committee hearings live, during prime-time, when they’ll get the most viewers.
We must expose Donald Trump and anyone else who planned, promoted, or participated in the attempt to violently overthrow our democracy to as many people as possible. The American public deserves to know who is funding the present threat to our democracy so we can fight against them.

Clean Up Corruption (formerly HAZMAT America) was founded to empower everyday people to attack corruption in our political system and save democracy. A strong democracy demands an engaged and informed public.
The January 6 Select Committee will resume their hearings this month. Rep. Adam Kinzinger, a member of the committee, has revealed that these hearings will focus on the individuals, groups, and organizations that funded the insurrection.
The American public has a right to know all the details that led up to the horrific attack on our nation's Capitol on January 6, 2021.
We need to ensure that as many Americans see it as possible. Sign the petition to demand television networks air the January 6 hearings during prime-time!
20 million people tuned into the first televised hearing of the committee and nearly 18 million attended the final hearing in July -- groundbreaking numbers for a month when TV viewership is historically low.
The eight hearings that aired during the day -- when most people are at work -- drew about half the amount of viewership.
What happened on January 6 was sedition, plain and simple. Violent MAGA Republicans organized and participated in an attempted coup to overturn the 2020 presidential election.
A strong democracy demands an engaged and informed public. At a time when our political climate is marked by disinformation and distractions, and dark money flows through our elections, the only way to cut through the noise is with the absolute, unvarnished truth.
The continuous stream of blockbuster information coming out of the hearings began to shift public opinion and alert people to the real and present threat to our democracy. We can’t allow access to that information to stop now.
Tell ABC, CBS, NBC, and other broadcast networks to air all of the January 6 committee hearings during prime-time.
