Since the Supreme Court made its ruling on the Dobbs case and overturned Roe v. Wade, extremists all across the country have taken action, working to ban and even criminalize abortion. This is an unacceptable violation of the right to bodily autonomy, one which Congress has the power to prevent.

Tom O’Halleran is proud to have co-sponsored and voted to pass the Women’s Health Protection Act, which would codify Roe v. Wade into federal law, last year. However, the Senate has failed to pass this critical legislation and must be held accountable for its failure to protect the rights of the people they serve. Will you add your name to hold the Senate accountable and demand Roe v. Wade be codified into law?
