Last week, the California legislature passed an abominable bill that could legalize INFANTICIDE up to 28 days AFTER a baby is born.
Now this evil bill heads to the desk of Gov. Gavin Newsom. We sent a legal letter directly to the governor's office, urging him not to sign this ghoulish infanticide legislation.
This is the biggest fight of our generation, and we're preparing to file in 8 state Supreme Courts to defend babies and defeat Planned Parenthood – and we have numerous looming deadlines this month.

In a legal twist, a federal judge in Texas just upheld the state's new abortion ban, delivering a major win for life against President Biden.
Meanwhile, another federal judge in Idaho just partially blocked the enforcement of a state abortion ban at the request of President Biden.
Ironically, both judges cited the same federal law in their ruling. The ACLJ filed in the Idaho case and is preparing to file in both cases if they are appealed.

An FBI agent scuttled the investigation into Hunter Biden's laptop. He even tried to permanently close the file.
Meanwhile, the FBI was pressuring Facebook and Twitter to suppress the Hunter Biden story days before the election.

A Michigan ballot proposal to amend the state's constitution and manufacture a right to abortion has been momentarily DENIED after it failed to meet the state's ballot requirements.
Now we continue to work alongside Michigan county prosecutors to defeat Gov. Whitmer's lawsuit to invalidate the state's abortion ban and make abortion permanent.
