Iowa Republicans Will Completely Ban Abortion

Here’s the reality of the situation: Iowa governor Kim Reynolds is doing everything she can to reinstate her 2018 six-week abortion ban, which was ruled unconstitutional in 2019 – and if Iowa Republicans hold the Senate Majority, there will be nothing stopping her.

Reynolds, GOP Senate President Jake Chapman, and Republican politicians are fighting tooth and nail to completely ban abortions without exceptions.

With Roe v. Wade overturned, there is nothing to stop Kim Reynolds and her far-right allies from completely banning abortion access for Iowans — except us.
