Please also take a look at the proposed rules amendment below which we'll be voting on:



Rule II, Section 2c currently reads:

c) Each member of the State Committee shall be entitled to one (1) full vote on all matters before

the State Committee.



We propose to clarify that rule by adding:

the State Committee.?Members must be present at meetings, either physically or virtually, in order to cast a vote.? Virtual attendance at an in-person meeting is sufficient for voting purposes, provided that the member is able to participate in discussion.
