Biden Ignores Immigrants’ Use of SNAP, and Medicaid When Considering Green Card Requests
This is what I mean when I tell you that the Biden administration is putting American citizens last.

1. Biden overhauled Trump’s “public charge rule” allowing immigrants who need to rely on taxpayer dollars for food, healthcare, and housing to now obtain a green card.

2. His administration facilitated the care and transportation of illegal immigrants to the destination of their choice.

3. Biden’s Homeland Security Secretary refuses to hold and deport criminal illegal aliens, including murderers, rapists, and felons.

4. Biden halted commonsense border infrastructure improvements to protect the American people but built a wall around his own home in Delaware to protect himself.

The Biden administration on Thursday published its final rule on the forms of government assistance that legal immigrants can receive without disqualifying them from a green card - including food stamps and Medicaid.

Congressional App Challenge Available to TX-22 Students
We are pleased to announce that the Congressional App Challenge (CAC), a competition designed to encourage student participation in computer science and coding, will be hosting our annual coding competition this year.
