America’s Failing Report Card 😤

Last week, a report came out proving what many conservatives have been saying for two years now: Liberal COVID policies were a disaster for our children's education. According to the report, reading scores for America's 9-year-olds saw their biggest decrease in 30 years during the first two years of the pandemic. Math performance also tanked, making it the first time since the 1970s that kids' scores regressed.

Of course, this makes sense. When you shut down schools and force kids to learn remotely, their education is going to suffer. This is even more true for special-needs and low-income children, and the data bears this out. 

While most schools have since reopened their doors, many liberals have learned nothing from their disastrous policies. The liberal governor of Kansas makes “absolutely no apologies” for closing schools during COVID-19. Meanwhile, Sen. Patty Murray said she was “proud” of how Democrats dealt with COVID-19 in the classrooms. 

The only way to move forward is to take education power away from special-interest groups and liberal bureaucrats and give it to parents who know what’s best for their children.
