He is part of an extremist group of far-right members of Congress who have set their sights on an all-out abortion ban, even though it’s wildly out of step with what Americans — and Marylanders — actually want.
We need to defeat Andy Harris and every anti-abortion elected official who refuses to stand up for our rights.
