Kevin McCarthy and the National Republican Congressional Committee (NRCC) just announced they're spending an additional $2.3 million on TV ads in Washington's 8th District. This is on top of the $4.5 million that the Congressional Leadership Fund, a GOP dark money group, is already spending to attack Kim.
