A court just below the Supreme Court has ruled that the Affordable Care Act’s individual mandate is unconstitutional — setting the table for a potential future decision striking down the entire law. This is an attack on the millions of Americans living with pre-existing conditions and more proof that senators’ judicial confirmation votes have real consequences for millions of our friends and neighbors.

Susan Collins voted to confirm Kurt Engelhardt, the Trump judge who was the swing vote setting up a possible eventual total gutting of Obamacare.

Collins pretends to be a moderate, but she isn’t one and she certainly doesn’t vote like one. So we’re calling her out.
