Team,

Yesterday, the Michigan Supreme Court narrowly approved the certification of the Reproductive Freedom for All ballot measure. But the measure never should have been an issue in the courts, team.

The only reason it was contested? Extremist anti-choice obstruction. And this is the obstruction that we’re going to be facing up until — and after — Michiganders cast their vote to protect reproductive freedom on Election Day.

FIGHT BACK [[link removed]]Earlier this year, anti-choice extremists dropped $16 million on advertisements to confuse and mislead Michiganders about the proposed measure. Before that, they sent thousands of texts to pro-choice voters in Kansas the night before their own measure was up for a vote, misguiding them that a “YES” vote would protect abortion, when really, it would have banned it.

These extremists know no bounds, team. And make no mistake: They will continue to find new ways to short-circuit the ballot measure process and strip voters of their power.

Fighting back is going to take all of us, which is why we’re reaching out: Will you contribute now to our efforts to take on anti-choice extremists and their dirty tactics in Michigan and across the country, team? [[link removed]]

CONTRIBUTE [[link removed]]Thanks for your help. We’re proud to have built a movement that activists and organizers everywhere can rely on for continued support!
