This is serious, friend:

Kenya’s Wildlife and Tourism Board just reported that the biggest threat to elephant survival isn’t poaching anymore. It’s climate change.

This year alone, 179 African elephants in Kenya have died from extreme drought. That is 20 TIMES the number of elephants killed by poaching.

We’re watching record-breaking heat waves ravage so much of the globe. This climate disaster is having a devastating impact on entire ecosystems, and it’s suffocating already-endangered wildlife.

But here’s the important takeaway: We hold power over this crisis. If we can get to work and start passing more bold climate legislation, like we did with the Inflation Reduction Act, we will significantly reduce our carbon emissions and protect the amazing species we love.

We’re paving the way for transformative climate action to save wildlife species like the amazing elephants. Will you make a gift today to power our work?
