Every New Mexican has the right to vote, the right to confidentiality, and the right to have their ballot tallied correctly.

According to Lea County Clerk, Keith Manes, that is exactly what New Mexicans get from our current elections. Even as clerk for a deeply Republican county, he is confident in the well-run elections for which New Mexico has become a national example. Our extensive system of checks and balances make sure that every ballot is kept safe and counted correctly.

Advocating for efficient, secure, and fair elections is not a partisan issue. Extremists like Maggie’s opponent have made it their mission to disrupt democracy by limiting voting access and changing our effective election process. We must come together now to keep our elections free and fair. Can you give $10 right now to help Maggie keep our democracy strong?

During the 2020 presidential election, Trump and his supporters spread mass disinformation about voting machines tampering with ballots and rigged results with no factual evidence to support those claims. Our voting machines are certified by independent auditors and all major party chairpersons are invited to observe the accuracy testing of the machines. In New Mexico, we make that process open to the public so anyone is welcome to come and observe the process.

We have all the proof we need to know our elections are accurate, safe, and secure, yet misinformation continues to circulate because of politicians who continue to lie. Your vote has been, and will continue to be, securely counted as long as Maggie is in office. Now, it’s up to us to help her stay there.
