This evening the US Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals announced its decision in Texas v US, the court case that puts the entire Affordable Care Act, and health care coverage for millions of Americans, at risk.

The court has ruled that the individual mandate in the Affordable Care Act is unconstitutional, and asked that the lower court decide whether other parts of the law can stand.

Tomorrow at 3 PM ET, Families USA will feature California Attorney General Xavier Becerra, who has led a 21 state coalition to defend the law, on an urgent conference call to talk through implications and next steps for advocates to protect health care.
