The last time I ran for office, my opponent launched one of those mailers where they put a red filter over my picture to make me look like a “bad guy.” 

Take a look: 

I wouldn’t be surprised if we see (a lot) more of this in the lead-up to November 8 – my opponent has hundreds of thousands of dollars to spend against me. 

So I need your help to counter those negative tactics with the facts about me and why I’m running for Lieutenant Governor.

Right now, we’re still about $11,000 short of funding our direct mail efforts, and we need to get our order placed by October 5 (ideally sooner) if we’re going to get them printed and shipped out in time for Election Day.

You might think mailers are a waste, and maybe you just chuck those, but time and time again, the data proves that the more times people see my name, the more likely they are to vote for me.

This effort won’t be cheap, but it’s one of the *best* ways for us to ensure more people know about me and my platform.
