Hey Friend,
Are you a storyteller, writer, spokesperson, creative, or someone interested in becoming one of those things?
Do you ever get the urge to just speak up and speak out about reproductive justice, gender equity, and LGBTQ+ liberation?
Are you between the ages of 17-30?
If you answered yes to each of these questions, you’re exactly who we’re looking for!
We invite you to apply for our 2022-2023 cohort of Our Folks: Voices of LGBTQ+ Youth of Color. 🥳️🎉
This seven-month, fully remote internship offered by URGE: Unite for Reproductive & Gender Equity, will arm you with skills to give media interviews, write for a variety of blogs & publications, and use social media to amplify your voice. Our lived experiences matter. And to reflect URGE’s investment in the voices of young LGBTQ+ folks of color, program participants will be provided a monthly stipend for their work.
