Fellowship of Christian Athletes Scores a Win in Federal Court

A recent ruling by the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals will help
protect religious, student-led groups on public school campuses. The
Court held that school districts must be neutral. They cannot treat
faith-based groups worse than comparable secular ones.

Florida Dept. of Education Supports Cambridge Christian School in
Fight Against Unlawful Prayer Ban

Florida education officials recently filed a brief supporting First
Liberty's client, Cambridge Christian School, which was banned
from praying over the loudspeaker before kickoff at its state
