Team – Republican attacks on abortion are BACKFIRING!!!

Across the country, voters are standing up for abortion access. And in the first electoral test since Roe was overturned, Kansas voters overwhelmingly rejected the GOP’s plan to ban abortion.

8 in 10 Americans support access to legal abortion, and the number of women registering to vote in states across the country is ON THE RISE! Registration rates for women in TEN states have risen by about 35% since Roe was overturned.

It’s clear voters are GALVANIZED by the fight to protect abortion access, but Republicans are STILL attacking reproductive freedom! And in the wake of Roe, abortion is already banned or severely restricted in 18 STATES.

After SCOTUS left abortion access in the hands of the states, THOUSANDS of women registered to vote. In Kansas, more than 70% of newly registered voters were women in the week following the Court’s decision.

That enormous voting block helped to DEFEAT a ballot measure that would have effectively ended abortion in Kansas. Now, with abortion access fights happening in states across the country, the number of women registering to vote is STILL climbing!

With so many voters fired up by Republicans’ attacks on abortion, it’s clear the GOP’s anti-abortion strategy is BACKFIRING. But Republican governors aren’t stopping their attacks – and our only chance to stop them is to VOTE THEM OUT in November.
