You can always count on me to fight for our veterans. 

I am proud to have served my country in the Army Reserve for 27 years.

The values I gained in the Army taught me to serve the greater good, and I took these values with me to my public service and Congress.

I had the honor to speak recently at the American Legion's 103rd National Convention in Milwaukee. Check out my remarks below:

We have come a long way in supporting our veterans, but there is still so much more to do. 

We need to restore education benefits to our service members, clear the backlog of veterans trying to access service records, and ensure every single one of our honorable veterans are given the care they deserve.

I look forward to continuing to serve Wisconsin and our veterans.
