Democratic Convention in Columbus, GA (08/27/2022)

We kicked last week off at the Georgia Democratic Convention in Columbus. The convention gave me a chance to lay out my vision for One Georgia to some of our party’s most committed advocates and activists — and to celebrate the diverse, historic slate of Democratic nominees for all our statewide offices.

My vision for opportunity in Georgia means that your background and zip code shouldn’t determine success. We’re building a stronger Georgia where everyone has the opportunity to succeed and access to the resources they need.

Summerhill Small Business Saturday (09/03/2022)

Then, we headed to Summerhill’s Small Business Saturday celebration, where I heard from local business leaders about what issues mattered to them.

As an entrepreneur, I have always sought to invest in and protect small businesses across the state of Georgia. As governor, I will steer Georgia to becoming a state where everyone can move up and move forward — to thrive, not just survive.

DUAW Labor Day Picnic (09/05/2022)

Finally, we visited Fulton County to meet with union members and activists who are fighting for everyday workers in Georgia.

Building a fair, thriving workforce across Georgia is a significant part of my vision. Economic justice is paramount to the movement we’re building — and my vision for One Georgia means protecting workers.
