Protect the cockpit.

That’s what I was asked to do on 9/11/2001. I was on a flight that fateful morning when the worst terror attack was made in our country.

Mid-flight, the flight attendant, knowing I was in the military, informed me that a plane had just hit the World Trade Center and asked if I and my fellow soldier flying with me would protect the cockpit to prevent a takeover of that plane.

There I stood, protecting from an unknown enemy, making sure we safely landed, not knowing the full extent of Al Qaeda’s plan to use our planes as fuel-filled bombs.

But now I stand, knowing full well of another enemy determined to turn his failed presidency into a full-blown dictatorship – And I’m ready to answer the call once again to protect our country from an enemy bent on destroying this country.
