Hi there, I’m a fourth-generation Coloradan. I grew up in Jefferson County and became the first member of my family to graduate high school and the first to earn a college degree. To help get by, I started cleaning houses when I was just 12 years old, worked behind the counter at a bagel shop, pushed carts at a grocery store, and waited tables at restaurant after restaurant to put myself through college. Growing up, the odds were stacked against me, but thanks to the support of Jeffco public schools, I was given a chance. I ran for office to make sure future generations have the same chance I did. And that’s the fight I want to take to Congress. I know that the policies we fight for every day make or break it for regular people like me. The stakes of this race are high. Everything from the right to choose to the right to a functioning democracy is on the line. And in a race this close, we really can’t waste any time. That’s why I’ve been traveling across Colorado to talk to voters, to understand what you care about most. To make sure that I can be a real fighter for you in Congress. Thanks, Brittany
