It's been a while since I checked in with you, and I wanted to take some time to introduce myself to our new supporters.

My name is Andrew Bernucca, and I am Eric Lynn's campaign manager in his race to represent Florida's 13th congressional district in Washington.

What does that mean? My role is essentially a little bit of everything. I help Eric in finding time to meet voters, reach out to local leaders, and take key lessons from Democrats running across the country.

But, as the manager of his campaign, I also am the one to give him bad news. It's one of the worst parts of my job, but it’s critical now that we only have about 2 months left of the campaign.

Our campaign fundraising has been struggling under the weight of constant GOP opposition. Eric has been slammed on all sides, with his opponent taking money from extremist Republicans, Trump allies, and special interest groups.
