Please join us today at 3 p.m. ET as NFL players Dak Prescott of the Dallas Cowboys and Solomon Thomas of the New York Jets sit down for an open and honest conversation about men’s mental health. The panel will be live streamed on the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention’s [Facebook]([link removed]) and [YouTube]([link removed]) channels.

In this conversation, moderated by Dr. Doreen Marshall, AFSP’s vice president of mission engagement, Prescott and Thomas will talk about their own mental health journeys, and how they show up for themselves, their friends and their families, on the field and off.

 Topics will include:

- the opportunity as men to talk openly about mental health and suicide prevention
- how we can all be there for ourselves and our friends
- healing from suicide loss – Dak from the loss of his brother, and Solomon from the loss of his sister
- strategies for encouraging a #RealConvo with others
- tips for managing your mental health on an ongoing basis, and how to reach out for help when you need it

We hope you’ll join us for this important conversation during National Suicide Prevention Week, and spread the word to the men in your life.
