I want to express my personal gratitude to you, John.

This morning I met with my team, and they gave me some good news: We met our end-of-month fundraising goal! That’s not something I take lightly. Reaching these benchmarks each month helps set the stage for a successful campaign.

All the signs are pointing toward a very competitive governor’s race. That means I’ll need all the support I can get to protect the progress my administration has made.

We’re still over a year out from the election, but my opponents are already taking shots at me. We can expect them to say and do anything to tear me down. But I won’t let the politicking distract me from doing my job. I know that Kentuckians care more about results than any political games.

It’s because of the trust and support of people like you that I can keep on fighting for Kentucky. There’s still work to be done, and I hope to have you by my side as we continue growing and building our commonwealth.
