You and I…indeed all Americans…are facing a worsening crisis of uncontrolled illegal immigration…and every bit of its many serious impacts…both long and short term.

President Joe Biden has reversed former President Donald Trump’s efforts to secure our borders…from halting construction on the border wall to “pausing” deportations, to reviving the disastrous Obama era DACA (“Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals”) amnesty program called “pathways to citizenship.”

It’s an unmitigated catastrophe, and it’s Joe Biden’s fault, pure and simple.

And Judicial Watch is “the only game in town” when it comes to challenging the Biden administration and the Left over illegal immigration!

But we face an illegal immigration crisis so severe that we need your special support at this critical time.

The social, medical, law enforcement and educational services to illegal aliens from every level of government are costing us hundreds of billions of dollars…literally costing you and me hundreds if not thousands of dollars a year in additional taxes a year. And that’s without considering national security, quality-of-life and the very serious matter of voter registration irregularities and potential voter fraud that the Biden administration is willing to overlook.

“Open borders” groups and their media allies are doing all they can to make it easier for ineligible voters like illegal aliens to vote in this November’s elections.

And, quite frankly, they seem to be getting away with it!

That’s why we need your help to step up our legal efforts to counter Biden’s radical immigration agenda, enforce our laws against illegal immigration, and defend voter ID laws in the courts of law and public opinion.

Our research suggests that rapid increases in costs associated with the impact of illegal immigration have already affected residents in many regions of the country. We also uncovered information and data suggesting fraudulent voter registrations and illegal voting by illegal aliens. And many questions hang in the balance…

• Will the Biden Justice Department continue to attack states with voter ID and other commonsense ballot integrity measures? (They sued Georgia last June and Texas last November.)

• How much higher will taxpayer-funded costs for school, medical, court, police and other services associated with illegal immigration continue to increase in many areas of the country?

• Are experts correct in predicting that direct and indirect federal, state and local taxpayer-funded costs associated with illegal immigration will continue to rise at double-digit rates unless there is more immigration law enforcement?

Sadly, most lawmakers do not equate illegal immigration with run-away state and local taxes and reduced government services — especially its terrible burden on our schools.

Many school budgets are requiring more tax dollars for new school construction, teacher and administrator salaries, special language classes, etc. And while exploding school budgets cannot be attributed to a single source, the impact of large-scale illegal immigration and so-called “dreamer” demands cannot be ignored. Rising school costs’ impact on property taxes is just one example of skyrocketing local and state government costs.

We’re also working to make clear the threat our electoral system faces when the radical Hispanic lobby and other groups…many bankrolled by radical billionaire George Soros and aided and abetted by the hard-left Biden administration to help illegal aliens obtain legal status and vote in our elections…as corrupt an assault on the integrity of our system of representative democracy as ever attempted.

For these reasons and more Judicial Watch is deeply involved in courtroom actions across America fighting for federal and state immigration law enforcement.

And We’re fighting illegal immigration’s impact on honest elections because “dirty” or inaccurate voter rolls make it easier for illegal aliens and other ineligible voters to vote.
