Just as voters in deep-red Kansas showed up in record numbers to stop the GOP's effort to remove abortion rights from the state constitution, and just as voters in Alaska turned out to stop anti-abortion extremist Sarah Palin from taking a seat in Congress, we can and must come together in states and districts across the country this November to defeat those candidates hellbent on ripping away our freedom.

Placing a yard sign in front of your home, in your window, or in your community is an easy and effective way to share your values and spread our message—and, critically, all of our yard signs also include the date of Election Day, which can give a nudge to those voters who may not be motivated to cast a ballot or who have not been closely monitoring this year's election cycle.
The stakes in this election are too high for us to stand on the sidelines.
If Republican radicals like Doug Mastriano, Greg Abbott, and Brian Kemp win their gubernatorial elections, they will move to even further restrict abortion access in their states or even criminalize patients who need care.
If Republicans take control of Congress, they will block any effort to protect reproductive rights and will attempt to pass a federal abortion ban.
And if Big Lie-believing Trump acolytes take charge of the administration of our elections, they will clear a path for Trump to steal the election in 2024 and sign that federal abortion ban into law.
We can't let that happen. And here's the good news: We're the majority. Eighty percent of Americans believe that abortion should remain safe and legal; all we need to do now is make sure they turn out to vote on November 8.
