I hope you and your family had a nice Labor Day weekend. Many attended the beloved Minnesota State Fair, visited cabins, or spent time by the water before everything closed up for the fall. Kudos to all who prepared for the start of a new school year!
Last week, I spent the day volunteering at the House of Representatives booth at the State Fair. It was so nice to meet constituents at The Great Minnesota Get-Together!
MPPOA and MPFF Endorsement!
Public safety has always been a top priority of mine. It’s an issue I’ve tackled the past four years at the Capitol as a member of the Public Safety Committee, and locally as a board member of the Edina Crime Prevention Fund.
I have been a balanced voice working to solve the difficult problems that face our state. Minnesotans want safe cities for their families. To achieve more security, we must include all stakeholders in the conversation surrounding public safety. Ensuring our communities are safe also means investing in the people that serve and protect us. Solving problems takes courage and empathy – from establishing a fair and just legal system to investing in officer and firefighter wellness. I will continue to bring pragmatic leadership to complex public safety issues as your State Representative.

First Week of School
