Election Day is in two months, Team. Can you believe it? 

I can’t emphasize enough how important this election is. 

What worries me most right now are the extreme candidates the MIGOP is supporting. At the top of the ticket, they have selected:

  • Tudor Dixon, who is running to ban abortion with no exceptions and decimate public education in Michigan
  • Kristina Karamo, who still lies about the very elections she is running to oversee 
  • Matt DePerno, who is under investigation for an alleged scheme of stealing and breaking into voting equipment 

The MIGOP’s extremists don’t stop there.

Many MAGA Republicans are running down the ticket in state senate and state house races. Some of these candidates went to the January 6th insurrection, joined lawsuits to overturn the 2020 election results, and continue to falsely claim that Trump won the 2020 election.

On November 8th, Michigan voters will choose between two very different futures. But right now, we have a choice between waiting to see what happens next or standing up to help Michigan Democrats win. 

I know that when we come together, we win together, and that’s the choice we all need to make today.
