Through mentorship, career guidance, and resources, the Dream It, Be It program prepares girls to make their dreams into reality
Dream It, Be It has prepared over 35,000 girls for career success. The program helps girls in secondary school who may face obstacles such as violence, bullying, low self esteem and a lack of adult support. Through the program, girls have access to role models and resources that put them on a path to help them actualize their dreams.
91% of girls who participate feel more confident about their futures
88% feel more prepared to pursue their career goals
90% created achievable goals for the future
85% were introduced to professional role models
