We’re only nine weeks away from Election Day, but Rand Paul still hasn’t committed to debating me. Why is he so scared?
Look, I don’t blame Rand Paul for being afraid of a real debate, but the people of Kentucky deserve to hear from us. I’ll even make it easy for him: He can name the place. I’ll debate him anywhere, because unlike Rand, I’m not afraid.
It’s time our people got some answers from Rand. That’s why we’re publicly calling on Rand to accept our invitation for a public debate — so Kentucky knows exactly where we both stand.
Will you sign my petition demanding Rand Paul debate me? With each additional name, we’ll build the pressure on Rand.

Rand’s cowardice is nothing new. It’s part of his pattern of being an absent Senator for as long as he’s been in office:
- When Kentuckians try to visit Rand Paul’s office in DC, they are regularly turned away.
- In Kentucky, Rand Paul only has 1 district office.
- In 12 years, he hasn’t introduced a single bill that has passed.
- And now, when he has a serious opponent, he hides from debates — because he doesn’t want to face the people of Kentucky.
But we’re not going to let him hide anymore. We’re going to debate him — publicly — and show Kentucky exactly who he is.
So if you agree that Rand shouldn’t be allowed to hide any longer, add your name to our petition demanding he debate me.
In solidarity,
Charles
