Everyone has been watching our post-primary fundraising numbers because this movement is up against a far-right wave that has been attacking Cori since her first run for Congress.
Last month, we reached out about our campaign’s fundraising slowdown. Since winning the primary election in August, our fundraising dwindled. We expect this after a busy period like an election, plus with the uptick in travel in the summer — campaigns always anticipate a minor dip in August.
But this month, we’re taking no chances.
Republican donors were already funding attacks against Cori during the primary election, and they certainly won't be slowing down anytime soon.
