I learned everything that I needed to know about public service from my father. Growing up, I watched him skillfully balance being both a union ironworker and a member of the New Mexico legislature. Every single day, my father fought for the things he knew were right and brought attention to the things he knew were wrong – and through it all, he was an unwavering voice for the voiceless. 

When I made the decision to follow in his footsteps and begin a career of public service, I vowed to do right by him and also give a voice to the voiceless. That's why I'm reaching out to you today with this survey.

Thanks to all the feedback I've received from supporters like you throughout my time in office – first as the representative for New Mexico's 3rd Congressional District and now as your senator – I've been able to fight for the issues that actually matter to working Americans. 

When tragedy after tragedy from the gun violence epidemic devastated our nation, I voted to pass a once-in-a-generation gun reform bill. When our nation faced even more extreme weather events over the summer – all spurred forward by climate change – I proudly voted to pass the Inflation Reduction Act, which puts BILLIONS toward climate solutions. And now, with Donald Trump on the brink of announcing another run for president, I am updating my strategy to ensure that I remain an unstoppable force for progress in the Senate. 

But, folks, with Election Day only two months away, I urgently need to know where your priorities stand. That's why I asked my team to put together this quick survey so I can understand how to fight for you better – but with just hours left before it locks, I'm still missing your response.
