This isn't the news we wanted to share, but we fell 2,000 donations short of our 5,000 donation goal this weekend.

So we're emailing you now to help us close the gap.

You see, when we set goals like this, they're real. Which means we can't afford to come up short.

So in order to hit our goal, we need to raise the remaining 2,000 donations to stay on track.

Every donation we receive now will put us in the best possible position to knock our final FEC fundraising deadline of the year out of the park. So we have to ask:

Will you make a donation to our people-powered campaign? One donation may not seem like a lot on its own, but together these individual donations are what power our campaign.

Hitting our goals like this is so important, especially when our opponent has the backing of deep-pocketed special interests who are willing to spend millions to stop us.
