My name is Manny, and I am with Students New Voters Project! I wanted to invite you to our upcoming National NVP Campaign Kickoff Meeting!

This fall we’re focused on getting students registered to vote and ready to turn out on Election Day on November 8th, not that far away! We have the opportunity to elect state and local leaders who will be making important decisions that impact all of us.

Young people make up the largest and most diverse group of potential voters in the country, with our own values, ideas and issues that we care about. That means we can make a big impact in the November Election, but only if we vote!

Will you join our virtual campaign kickoff meeting on Tuesday 9/13 @ 6pm ET to learn how to make an impact on your campus or in your community? ([link removed])

This is a great opportunity to meet passionate students from across the country, learn about trainings and resources to turn out students to vote on your campus and get involved on the campaign as an intern or volunteer!

We will be joined by California Secretary of State Shirley Weber Ph.D. ([link removed]) to share some words of inspiration as our keynote speaker!

Who: The Student PIRGs’ New Voters Project ([link removed]) is the country’s oldest and largest, field-based youth voter engagement campaign. Since 1984, the student-led program has helped register more than 2 million young people to vote, and made more than 3 million personalized GOTV contacts, while training thousands of students in the citizenship, leadership, and campaigning skills necessary to run mobilization and turnout campaigns to encourage their peers to participate in our democracy.
