The MSDS will be offline for system maintenance from 4 p.m. on Friday, Sept. 16 through the afternoon of Monday, Sept. 26. Once the MSDS is back online, the IHE Request for UIC and STARR collections will be available.
The Postsecondary Collections Team will host STARR Office Hours during the final week of the STARR Collection. This allows STARR users to meet one-on-one with CEPI analysts to answer questions and troubleshoot their STARR data submission. See dates and times below, and click the links to join.

CEPI recently published a new document on the MSDS: STARR web page under the Technical Material dropdown. STARR users can now download the STARR DQ Business Rules to aid data quality efforts.
The CTE section of the 2021-22 STARR Data Manual has been updated with the current reporting period dates. Please see pages 41-42 for the update.
It is best practice to acquire and assign UICs at student enrollment. Please see the previous IHE Announcements for additional information.
