In campaigns, there’s something called the “Post-Labor Day Sprint.” It’s when everything kicks into high gear — outside interests flood the airwaves, field teams start knocking doors, and both sides rush to reach persuadable voters before Election Day. And as we get closer to the finish line, all of those costs ramp up.
