I was just campaigning to elect Cheri Beasley as North Carolina’s next Senator and from everything I saw on the ground, it is very clear to me that we have a real shot to flip this seat.
The energy and enthusiasm for Cheri’s campaign are palpable. She’s running a true grassroots campaign. She’s reaching voters in every corner of the state -- in rural and urban communities from the mountains to the coast.
Running a campaign like she is, in a state as big and competitive as North Carolina, is not easy. It takes a significant amount of resources to be able to turn out all of the voters necessary to win this race. Cheri needs all of us with her, so I am asking you myself:
