Tammy had quite the busy summer — from working with her Democratic colleagues in the Senate to pass the historic Inflation Reduction Act to meeting with folks across Wisconsin and campaigning for Democrats up and down the ballot.

In the aftermath of the Supreme Court’s horrific decision to overturn Roe v. Wade , Tammy has worked tirelessly to protect reproductive rights for people across the country. From campaigning for pro-choice candidates to advocating for federal laws preserving abortion access, she has turned anger into action.

Tammy has also been leading the Senate’s efforts to codify marriage equality into federal law. She appeared on the podcast Pod Save America earlier this summer to talk about why this is so important – especially with a far-right Supreme Court.

There’s really no place like home for Tammy, which is why she’s spent so much of her summer in Wisconsin campaigning with the great Democrats running up and down the ballot. She’s spent the last few weeks crisscrossing the state with Lt. Governor Mandela Barnes as he runs to defeat Ron Johnson this fall — electing Mandela is key to holding onto and expanding the Senate Democratic Majority!

Tammy’s hard work to protect our rights and fundamental freedoms is incredibly important, especially in the final weeks leading up to the critical midterm election.
