Here are just a few ways Steve’s opponent is going to try to hamper voting if she wins in November:
- “Starve” our absentee ballot system.
- Shorten our early voting period.
- Require nursing home and assisted living residents to show a current government-issued photo ID to vote
- Reduce the number of ballot drop boxes, which could interfere with rural voters making their voice heard.
This should make you mad. Minnesotans PRIDE themselves in having one of the safest, fairest, and most secure elections in the country. These proposals would do the exact opposite and even jeopardize our election security.
