The Office for Victims of Crime (OVC) just released the OVC FY 2022 Jabara-Heyer NO HATE Act State-Run Hate Crime Reporting Hotlines?as a standalone solicitation. The primary goal of this funding opportunity is to provide grants for state agencies to establish and run state-run hate crime reporting hotlines to facilitate significantly increased reporting of hate crimes data, and to ensure that victims and witnesses are connected to law enforcement and local support services as needed.
