Register Today: Virtual Wisconsin Labor Organizing Panel Tomorrow @ 2:30 PM
Join COWS and the Havens Wright Center for Social Justice for Working Wisconsin 2022: What’s Motivating Worker Organizing in Wisconsin, an online panel event featuring organizers from several recent Wisconsin unionizing drives in celebration of Labor Day and the release of our 2022 State of Working Wisconsin report.

This virtual event, held from 2:30 to 4 p.m. CT on Wednesday, Sept. 7, will provide an opportunity to hear directly from workers as they share their views on what changes in the workforce have contributed to the success of recent unionization efforts, the problems their newly formed unions will solve, and how co-workers and management are responding to their campaigns. The panel will include Wisconsin workers from important drives to improve jobs in the state in health care, entertainment venues, hotels, and more.

Free and open to the public, Working Wisconsin 2022: What’s Motivating Worker Organizing in Wisconsin can be viewed by registering online.

WHO: Released each year in time for Labor Day, the State of Working Wisconsin offers the most recent data available on wages, jobs, disparities, and unions to build a stronger understanding of what is going on in the state’s labor market. This year’s report celebrates promising trends and worker achievements over the past year, while continuing to shine a light on the deep underlying challenges and inequalities facing Wisconsin workers.
