For two years, biodiesel producers were in a world of hurt because Washington twiddled its thumbs on tax policies critical to their growth. Two biodiesel plants in Iowa closed and others were on the brink.
When our negotiations stalled and biodiesel needed a boost, I knew I could
count on Senator Ernst. So, we got to work. We called upon President Trump and urged him to support our efforts on behalf of Iowa farmers, workers and producers.
