Hello John,

My name is Derek Harvey. My life’s calling was always to serve my community,
so I do that in a couple ways. I represent Montana State House District 74, but
I also serve as a firefighter/EMT for the Butte-Silver Bow Fire Department as
well as the Vice President of the Butte Firefighters Union IAFF #96.

I know better than most what labor means to this state and our country. And I
know that to continue fighting for workers and our communities, we have no
choice but to be victorious in November.

We’ve seen too many Republican leaders in our state sell us out to their
wealthy out-of-state friends, and that simply doesn’t sit right with me. I know
I’m not alone.

It’s going to take a collective effort from all of us to fight off a GOP
