Vaping giant forced to pay huge cash penalty for advertising high-nicotine product to minors

Electronic cigarette manufacturer Juul has agreed to pay over $438 million over the next four to six years to settle a multistate investigation into whether it marketed its products to teenagers as vaping exploded among high school students.
